My website is hosted on Squarespace. My checkout process is hosted through Stripe. Stripe provides me with the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my services to you and collect payment. I accept the following credit cards through Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

Visiting the Site, sending me emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications I provide to You electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS, AND OTHER RECORDS, AND TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES, POLICIES, AND RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS INITIATED OR COMPLETED BY ME OR VIA THE SITE. ONLINE STORE TERMS

NO REFUND POLICY

All digital products, websites, templates, downloads, and any other purchases made on this Site are non-refundable under any circumstances. Purchased products cannot be exchanged for other products.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A retainer is due when booking a website service with me - the retainer is NON REFUNDABLE and if a client cancels, the retainer will NOT BE REFUNDED.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by me.
