This website is operated by Heather Sharpe / The Editor’s Touch. Throughout the site, the terms “I”, “my”, and “me” refer to The Editor’s Touch. The Editor’s Touch offers this website and all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated below.

By visiting my site and/ or purchasing something from me, you engage in my “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available. These Terms of Service apply to all users of this site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, and/or customers.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. My website is hosted on Squarespace. My checkout process is hosted through Stripe. Stripe provides me with the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my services to you and collect payment. I accept the following credit cards through Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards.

“SQUARESPACE DESIGN” TERMS AND CONDITIONS

My exclusive “Squarespace Templates” (“Squarespace Website Templates”) and “Squarespace Designs” are custom-designed layouts built on the Squarespace platform.

When you purchase a “Squarespace Template” you purchase the license to utilize the template design one (1) single Squarespace website design. You must register for another template for each client or website launch.

Purchasers cannot sell my “Squarespace Templates” or “Squarespace Design Pages” in their own shop on their own website.

Purchasers cannot duplicate or distribute my “Squarespace Templates” or “Squarespace Design Pages” in their own shop on their own website.

Purchasers are required to keep the footer credit line "Website Design by The Editor’s Touch" that comes included in my website designs.

Purchasers are responsible for choosing, paying for, and maintaining any required web-hosting services with Squarespace. The purchaser is responsible for all web-hosting related things including, but not limited to, domain registrations and Squarespace plans.

Purchasers are solely responsible for the client’s website security. The Editor’s Touch will implement general best practices for site security, but The Editor’s Touch does not guarantee the client’s site will not be the target of security breaches. The client agrees that The Editor’s Touch is not liable for any damages resulting from, or related to, security breaches on the client’s site.

Once the website launches, the client is solely responsible for ongoing updates to their own website - they can also hire The Editor’s Touch at an Hourly Rate for ongoing work.

Because of the hourly work during design time ahead of the client receiving their completed website, there are no refunds offered.

ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

I am not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. I reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but have no obligation to update any information on our site. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or me. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying me that you no longer wish to use my Services, or when you cease using my site.

If in my sole judgment you fail, or I suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, I also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to my Services (or any part thereof).
