WEDDING AND EVENT VENUE WEBSITES

I find it very rare when I stumble upon a wedding and event venue website that really sells me … it’s almost as if they aren’t even trying to attract the emotion of a couple who is planning their wedding or someone who wants to envision their social event to be held there … and I often wonder why? Event and wedding venues (especially if they offer in house catering and bar services) charge close to the top (if not the tippy top!) of the budget for any event or wedding … which would make me think that their website should be fitting of the money spent there … but alas, it’s rarely the case.

I wrote an article a few years ago called: Are you making people who want to refer you new clients work overtime? The post was all about the fact that when people want to refer a client they typically send a link to the website of the business they are referring. If the website is embarrassing or looks nothing like ‘real life’ experience, it can be off putting to a wedding planner or event planner to send their clients there … having to say things like: I promise it’s amazing … don’t judge it by the website … can get a little old.

I wanted to showcase some of my custom made website templates for a wedding or event venue … I pulled from The Juneau and The Miami … I really love how they flow for a venue!
